For this newly remolded home in Washington, DC, Koppers Fabricators, Inc. fabricated and installed a spiral stairway system with a large deck and railings. The stair structure was fabricated in one piece and set in place using a crane onsite. The spiral stair and deck had composite wood treads added to the frame and was later painted black by the contractor.
